just got back from the gym. its the first time i’ve seriously gone in about 2 weeks. i’ve been lazy, discouraged since my trainer is a flake, and have been travelling a lot lately. i did some simple lifting, now my arms are jello. kinda twitchy.
the good thing is, i haven’t gained any weight since my last weigh in. still a solid 200. which is good. my diet hasn’t changed so that’s helped. but i seriously can use to get diciplined again.
keep me in yr prayers that i can get back into full swing again. i can do this, i just need God’s help, and a bit of motivation!

At least your going to the gym!! I’m still in that “talking” about stage. You go boy! I know Dave has a hard time keeping a work out routine going while he’s traveling. There’s usually at least a treadmill at the hotel, no? Keeps the endorphins up and keeps your stress level down. I know doing something is better than doing nothing at all!

Sounds like you’re on the right path. I’ve been reading your blogs and can profoundly say my intuition was dead on (you know intuition is placed there by God, it’s not just a female tool, more about that at a later date). After not listening or turning a deaf ear to it. I am simply amazed at all the happenings that are going on.
I don’t see myself going to the gym but I like to get my exercise by doing stuff eg. yardwork. I helps that I’ve drop some weight since coming off the road and moving doesn’t hurt so bad.
Come on Spring, get here… will ya?
